A man somewhat in the public eye who had always been conscious of both the extra prominence and the lack of balance between his ears. Using an incision concealed behind the ear the cartilage was folded back and stabilised to improve the symmetry. Even at the early stage of 6 weeks he was delighted by the outcome.
