This lady is very interesting and that she have a right-sided inverted nipple for the past 45 years.
She underwent attempted correction of this in 1985 and again in 1995.
From the 4 picture of the nipple shows 4 pale scars radiating away from the nipple in a cross pattern.
These are produced by an old-fashioned technique for nipple inversion correction in which a tongue of tissue is elevated from the brown areola where these scars are and then brought under itself and then flipped and then reflect it over itself to go under the nipple to give it support.
The disadvantage of this technique is that they produces scars on the areola refers the brown area around the nipple.
It also is not did not always work as in this lady’s case where she notice recurrence of the nipple inversion almost immediately.
I corrected the nipple today under local anesthetic and the pictures are taken are the pictures of the nipple 20 minutes after the first pictures.
It is very unlucky that the nipple inversion will recur after using my technique for correction of inverted nipple correction.

I have inverted nipples Grade 1 and after watching your video and researching on the internet I really want to try the nipplettes but I am worried about having permanent erect nipples does that mean the will always show through clothes or does it just mean they will be out like normal women?
I would really appreciate your advice.
I think it is unlikely that the Nipplette will cause your nipples to be permanently erect. Normally it is applied at night and gently stretches the milk ducts which pull the nipple inwards. I would try the nipplette as I think this has a good chance of success. If you continue to have problems I would be more than happy to see you in clinic to discuss the best way forward for you.
