This video is of a breast enlargement procedure. She came to Aurora for her breast augmentation in 2013 and stated she wanted two different sized implants, as she felt she had some slight asymmetry. Performing the procedure is Adrian Richards, the surgical director of Aurora Clinics. During the patient’s consultation, he has estimated the sizes of the implants for the patient. He thinks the difference between the two breasts will be 30cc, so the end result will have either a 360cc and a 390cc, or a 390cc and 420cc implants. We hear Mr Richards state in the video that the patient requested the larger option just before she went to sleep before the surgery.

Mr Richards uses the inflatable sizer on the right side, filling it to 390cc and deciding it is a good fit, and inserting the implant. He moves onto the left and uses the sizer to inflate this to 420, to check if his estimations are correct and if the breasts look symmetrical. When at 420cc, he thinks it is a good fit and the breasts look even, so he proceeds to insert the implant.

The sewing up of the wounds is skipped over before we get a chance to see the operation once it has finished. The patient has a fuller appearance and a much more symmetrical result.
