Bilateral Breast Augmentation Surgery with Implants

This lady has a bilateral breast augmentation with implants.
In this video you will see Plastic Surgeon Mr Adrian Richards perform the process of sizing before inserting this patient’s breast implants.
The process involves inserting an inflatable implant and slowly filling it with saline solution, 50cc at a time, to determine which size implants will give the patient the best aesthetic result.
This patient is an interesting case, since the natural fold underneath her breasts was fairly high before her surgery, resulting in the nipple sitting a little lower on the breast, and giving her breasts less fullness in the bottom half.
Mr Richards decides to place the incision lower than normal when inserting the implants. This allows the implant to fill out the lower part of her breasts and move the fold lower down, giving the breasts a more balanced appearance.
