This is a breast reduction surgery video, performed by Mr. Adrian Richards at Aurora Clinics. The video begins with Mr. Richards showing us his markings. Firstly there is an area marked to highlight the new nipple position, which is where the nipple will be rotated to in the end. This is measured and is 21cm from the sternal notch. This is done to both sides so good symmetry is achieved for the final results.

The next stage is to cut around the areola, and remove the top layer of skin, which he highlights. The nipple is still connected and rotates up into this new position. Next he shows us the area of tissue that will be removed.

The video skips on to the tissue being removed. It has been removed and placed back into position so it can be lifted off for the camera. Mr. Richards then rotates the nipple and shows how it will all go back together. He also points out the nerves are still in tact so the nipple should still have sensation following the procedure.

This side is then skipped to completion with it all being stitched up. Then the two sides are compared from above, obviously with one being a tight and completed breast and the other still very large needing to have tissue removed.

The rest of the procedure is skipped, with the operation taking roughly two hours. We are shown the end results, as well as the tissue that was removed. The total weight of the breast tissue removed is in the region of 2.5kg.
