Ruptured PIP Implants are being removed and replaced at Aurora Clinics in Buckinghamshire, by plastic surgeon Adrian Richards. The patient had high profile PIP implants inserted in 2005 by a different company, and she chose Aurora Clinics for her replacement surgery after having an ultrasound scan.

The implants are in a very bad state and are exerting quite an inflammatory response, as proven by the amount of fluid present inside the breast capsule which you can see from the video. The PIP implants are replaced with a bigger size 385cc silicone implants, for a better cleavage appearance and more appropriate for the patient’s frame.
