This is a video that literally just covers the outro Mr. Richards usually does at the end of PIP replacement surgery. The patient who had these implants inside her did not wish to have the procedure filmed, but did not mind us filming the implants after they had been removed. It is interesting to see the ruptures, and origins on the implants.

PIP implants rupture at a much higher rate than regular breast implants and throughout the videos we have uploaded it is clear to see how bad some of the ruptures can be.
