Adrian talks to Patrick Mallucci a well known Plastic Surgeon who specialises in breast surgery. Patrick has recently presented his research on the ideal dimensions of a breast to the International Society of Plastic Surgeons at their annual meeting in Greece. This is followed by a question from Susan who is considering breast augmentation.  Patrick answers her questions about implant selection and whether she would be better to have the implant inserted behind or in front of the muscle.
