In this case the right breast was smaller than the left and the nipple was in a lower position on the left. Mr Richards corrected the volume difference between the sides by inserting implants of similar base width but different projections on either side. The nipple position was corrected with a peri-arolar nipple lift on the right and a transverse scar mastopexy on the less severe left side. In the video Mr Richards describes his reason for performing these techniques and demonstrates each stage of the operation as well as the final result.
