Reduction

Most women have minor differences in the size and shape of their breasts. In some cases like the one shown this can be more severe. In this case the right breast was smaller than the left and the nipple was in a lower position on the left. Mr Richards corrected the volume difference between the sides by inserting implants of similar base width but different projections on either side.

The nipple position was corrected with a peri-arolar nipple lift on the right and a transverse scar mastopexy on the less severe left side.
