Brachioplasty

This 54 year old had lost 7 stone prior to surgery.  This resulted in a significant amount of skin excess in her arms.  This was corrected by a brachioplasty procedure. In this procedure performed by Mr Richards the excess skin is removed.  The resultant scar lies in a concealed postion across the armpit and along the inner aspect of the arms.  Generally the scar down the arm is well concealed as it lies against the body.  With the arms by the sides it is concealed from both the front and the back.
