The Aurora Clinics YouTube channel enjoys phenomenal success:
a staggering 2,801,916 views at the last count by users from all over the world.
We knew our YouTube fans came from countries as diverse as:

- Bangladesh
- America
Yet two patients this month get the record for our furthest travelled YouTube bookings… having seen our videos, they came all the way from Australia!
Aurora Surgeon: “The One” for Breast Enlargement.
Sasha and Sara’s Breast Enlargement surgery was scheduled to tie in with a trip around Europe.
They made the weighty decision to detour via the UK, sacrificing some of their holiday for recovery, after watching many Aurora breast enlargement surgery videos and feeling so “comfortable” with cosmetic surgeon Mr Adrian Richards that they realised he had to be the one!
‘He just came across as more “gentile” than the other surgeons we had watched. He made the surgery look relatively simple’, explains Sasha, ‘yet still gave such detailed information…we were amazed’.
Scheduling two major surgical procedures long-distance is no easy task but, say both patients:
- ‘the staff at Aurora were extremely helpful
- they allowed us to email back and forth
- answered a lot of our questions
- and helped us choose appointment times / surgery dates to suit our travel plans’.
Great Quality Surgery at Great Value for Money
Having their Breast Enlargement surgery in the UK allowed Sasha and Sara to save about $5,000 on the Australian cost for the same procedure. This is even after factoring in Hotel and Transport costs.
The night’s stay in Hospital (included with all Aurora Breast Augmentation packages) is also not a common practice in Australia and was, they say, ‘such a lovely relief after the surgery’.
So, with hindsight, do they think they made the right decision to choose Aurora and have surgery in the UK based on our YouTube videos? ‘Most definitely’ they agree:

At 4 days post-surgery, both ladies are now looking forward to seeing the finished results once the implants have settled.
