A breast enlargement is a simple enough procedure, and a very common one. Quite often our patients who come in for a breast enlargement are also looking to combine it with something else.

You can also have other surgeries with it, for example we have performed inverted nipple corrections. If you are looking for a breast augmentation and a breast uplift then this is usually performed as part of a two stage procedure now.  You can however have a tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty. We find a breast enlargement and a tummy tuck go quite well together, and meet quite often as they are two things which help combat the stretchmarks and loose sagging skin often seen post child birth.

We do keep the surgery to under four hours, for the simple reasoning that any time sedated under general anaesthetic for longer than four hours can increase the complication rates.
