Basically, yes, there is a limit. Firstly it depends on your physique. The implant should not be wider than the base of your breast because then it would go outside of your natural breast tissue. Also when it comes to the size of the implant, we want something that isn’t going to squash your natural breast tissue. If this happens your breasts will naturally sag more and lose their shape and volume, meaning a mastopexy might be required further down the line.
