Over or under the muscle? Well this is a question that divides patients, and surgeons. A question that is always asked is, which is better? Here we have a video response in our latest episode of our Breast Enlargement FAQ series.

In all honesty, there is no definitive answer. Some surgeons prefer one method usually, and some only perform the one method, but when asked what is better for the patient, the simply answer depends on the patient.
