Because of the many reasons people need to drive, this is a question we get asked a lot.

Most surgeons will give slightly altering advice, as it is not something you can set in stone. It is all dependent on how you are healing, and how well you heal normally. Also, it can differ depending on whether you had the implants in front or behind the muscle. We advise here at Aurora that you refrain from driving for at least a week. It may be longer in some cases, but you can be advised more specifically tailored to your recovery at your first follow up appointment.
