This episode of our OCEAN™ breast enlargement series we cover the topic of how much the nipple can be lifted, and the areola reduced. It’s quite hard to say really, as each patient is different. Basically it can be as much or as little as your current shape, natural physique and skin allows. The areola is usually around 4-4.5cm when the operation is completed, so it can be reduced to around this from whatever it currently is. The nipple lift can depend entirely on the actual shape and deflation of your breasts. If they have drooped and deflated too much then you may need a short vertical scar just underneath the areola.
