We cover two topics in this video on the OCEAN™ Breast Enlargement. We talk about implant positioning, whether it can go in front or behind of the muscle, and also what size of implants are available for this surgery technique.

The size of the implants available to you, depends entirely on your current breast size. You have a peri-areola incision, which the implant is inserted through. The areola is the brown area surrounding your nipple. The incision made will be based on the size of your current areolas, but as they are reduced in the surgery, the original incision can be made slightly larger. It is hard to give a maximum size, as everyone is different, but it is easier to estimate during a consultation when you are there physically in front of your surgeon.

In regards to implant positioning, you can have either. The insertion method does not affect where it is placed, be it in front or behind of the muscle. As usual, this will be decided during the consultation, based on your desired results, you will be given advice on where to have them positioned.
