Carol Smart

Senior Receptionist

Carol is the smiling face who greets everybody coming into the clinic on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

She is a true local, currently living in Monks Risborough and having grown up nearby, in Weston Turville.

Carol has been a receptionist for most of her working life, starting her career in the Paddocks Clinic on reception for BMI in 2001, and joining the Aurora Skin Clinics team in 2011. What she most enjoys about her work is the opportunity to welcome, chat to and look after people in her care.

Sarah Benger

Patient Coordinator

Prior to joining Aurora as Patient Coordinator, Sarah has spent the past 13 years working within a medical environment.

At Stoke Mandeville Sarah undertook positions as Ward Clerk and Appointments Clerk.

After leaving the NHS she went on to work in the private medical sector at both the Chiltern and Paddocks Hospital as both Reservations and Nursing Administration Clerk and later went on to become Admissions Coordinator.

Sally Morrell

Administrative Coordinator

Sally has been with Aurora for just over 7 years now and her role involves the administration of patient and business accounts.

Previous experience includes working for a private hospital group within the plastic and cosmetic surgery department.
