Diane Hawkins
Receptionist
Diane has over 20 years experience in reception/administration roles and is the face of the clinic.
Diane holds a qualification which allows her to advise on skin care, a role which is valuable in the clinic and also on the telephone.
As part of her role Diane liases with patients, present and past, Consultants and with the GP’s and the private hospitals which our Consultants use for surgery. |

Alison Huckle
Secretary
As clinic secretary her role involves working closely with the Consultants to ensure that patient files are accurate, confidential and kept up to date, booking patients for procedures and operations and dealing with patient enquires in a professional manner.
Previous experience includes working in both private and National Health hospitals as well as being a secretary to a Consultant. |

Sue Addison
Head of Business Operations
Sue’s background is finance based and this was her introduction to working in Private Healthcare.
She started working in the Business Office of the Paddocks Hospital in 1987, leaving to join Adrian Richards in November 2005 to work as Head of Business Operations.
The last six years at the Paddocks Hospital Sue was Outpatient Services Manager looking after 50+ Consultants with Plastic Surgery as their main speciality. |

Sarah Benger
Patient Co-Ordinator
Prior to joining Aurora as Patient Co-ordinator, Sarah has spent the past 13 years working within a medical environment.
At Stoke Mandeville Sarah undertook positions such as Ward Clerk and Appointments Clerk. After leaving the NHS she went on to work in the private medical sector at both the Chiltern and Paddocks Hospital as both Reservations & Nursing Administration Clerk and later went on to become Admissions Co-ordinator.

Sally Morrell
Administrative Coordinator
Sally has been with Aurora for just over one year now and her role involves the administration of patient and business accounts.
She is also responsible for answering the email enquiries generated from our websites.
Previous experience includes working for a private hospital group within the plastic and cosmetic surgery department.

Catherine Reeve
Marketing Executive
Catherine has gained the majority of her marketing experience within both the leased/tenanted and managed public house sector where she had worked for the past 10 years.
In May 2008, Catherine commenced employment as Marketing Executive with Aurora Clinics and will be directly responsible for the re-branding of the company, marketing campaigns, updating and maintenance of the company websites, Public Relations and dealing with the media, both press and radio. |
