A tummy tuck is surgical procedure to remove excess fat and skin from the middle and lower tummy and waist giving an overall tighter and more toned looking tummy area

The excess skin is trimmed and then stitched together
The operation will take two to five hours to complete
You will require a general anaestehetic and a stay overnight in hospital

You can resume you normal activities within seven to ten days and you should be fully recovered within four to six weeks
Strenuous activity should be avoided for about a month after your operation
