Breast Enlargement Surgery – One Year On With Nicky

Hello. My name is Nicky. Last year I had a breast augmentation. It was December last year. The reason I had this done was basically because I wasn’t happy with the size I was. I was a size B. I’m now actually an E cup. It’s completely changed my life being a gym instructor, because it’s actually made me far more confident and I don’t have to shy away. I can wear clothes that I really enjoy wearing and low tops and not all closed up. I couldn’t find the right bra that I really liked to wear. I don’t have to wear padded bras anymore.

It was painful after the operation. In actual fact, in trying to sit up and that sort of thing and move the arms, but it did settle down and the pain just you forget the pain afterwards. It took me about two weeks going back to doing spinning, but I couldn’t stand up on the bike and it took me about five weeks to go back to combat. Obviously, with a lot of punching you couldn’t do that because of it being quite sore. So all in all it didn’t take that long to actually getting back to being quite physical. And again, you know, it was the best thing that I ever had done. It’s really made me far more confident. I look much better. I’m far more proportioned now than I used to be, and I’m very happy.
