Fit and healthy lady who has had two previous breast augmentation  in 2006 with a 360cc implant and the second in 2007 with what she thinks would 280cc implants.  Patient feels the breast implants are too high for her physique and would ideally like these out.  Patient has opted for removal of implants and mastopexy.
