23-year old woman with bilateral nipple inversion assessed as moderately severe Grade 2 (GII+). She had tried the Niplette, but found it failed to give a permanent effect. The operation was completed in 20 minutes under local anaesthetic with a well-concealed scar at the base of the nipple. Incision: mini-access Technique: local anaesthetic, cruciform sutur.
