21-year-old male came to see Mr Richards as he felt his nipples were too prominent. In particular he felt they showed through a light clothing and he felt embarrassed to take his top during activities activities such as swimming. The nipples were reduced both in height and diameter under local anaesthetic in order to make the patient more comfortable exposing his top half during sporting activities. The operation also reduced the visibility of his nipples through light, close fitting clothing.
