39 year old lady who felt that following breast feeding her nipples were to large both in height and width. This caused her difficulty with selecting clothing which did not show her nipples through it. A specialised technique designed by Adrian Richard to reduce the size of the nipples with minimal scaring was performed under local anaesthetic. This procedure takes approximately 45 minutes to perform under in our specialised clinic. Following surgery there is very little scarring present which is difficult to see. Nipple sensation is preserved unchanged in the vast majority of patients although breast feeding is not possible following surgery. This technique for nipple reduction can be used for men or women and is extremely effective in reducing the size and width of nipples.
