21 year who is concerned that her breast have not developed naturally. The patient feels her nipples are lying in too low a position and that she lacks volume in the upper part and lower parts of her bust. Correction was achieved by using the OCEAN technique which involves: Only one scar around the outer limit of the areolar (the brown area of the nipple) Reduction in the size of the areolar Lifting of the nipple Insertion of a breast implant by the nipple route Good correction as achieved with High Profile 460cc Nagor implants. The scar around the areolar is slightly red as would be expected at this stage but will fade to a silvery line in the following months.
