This is a video of a breast enlargement procedure performed by Adrian Richards at Aurora Clinics. The patient has requested a 360cc size of implants as the ideal size for her so she hopes that can be achieved during the surgery. The patient’s areolas are very small which means the implant cannot be inserted through the areola, it will have to be an incision in the fold of the breast. The incision can be slightly smaller than the usual size Mr Richards works with as he is using a Nagor implant and they are more flexible and can be folded into position easier, meaning he can insert it through a tighter incision.

The implants are being inserted in front of the muscle as requested by the patient. Mr Richards, using the inflatable sizer, inserts it and begins filling it with 50cc of saline solution to fit the implant to the patient. As the implant is at 360cc, Mr Richards notices it looks oval shaped which means he needs to release the pocket for the implant a bit more. He does this, making it a better, round appearance before removing the sizer and inserting the implant.

We skip to the end of the surgery, with both implants being inserted and our patient having a fuller and better shaped bust. The incisions are shown to the camera, and they are a touch over 4cm according to Mr Richards. Overall this patient has excellent symmetry and some very good results. The implants are a good size for the frame of our patient meaning she won’t have issues with the skin stretching on her breasts.
