This is a breast implant replacement surgery video. We begin with Mr Richards looking at the old scar in his usual fashion. The scar is very long at is roughly 10cm, which is actually more than double the length of scar he would normally use. Our patient is not happy at the appearance of the scar as it has a fold in it half way across, so what Mr Richards is going to do is remove the whole scar and stitch it back up but much neater. He is also going to remove and replace the implants.

Next we skip to the implant having been removed, and we can see it looks a bit like it is ruptured. Mr Richards states it is ruptured, and we can see sticky strands of silicone between the implant and his hand. Next we see the pocket the implant was in, which was under the muscle. The muscle will be sewn down, and a new pocket will be created above the muscle for the implant to go there. This part of the procedure is skipped, and Mr Richards shows us after he has done it. Next he inserts an inflatable sizer so he can gauge the best fit for our patient in implant size.

The rest of the procedure is skipped and we see the end results, which we believe is a huge improvement and one our patient will be very happy with.
