Extreme Bilateral Breast Reduction

This patient was still in her mid-20s at the time of this breast reduction surgery, but had lost a lot of volume in her breasts. As a result, she was left with asymmetrical breasts, lots of quite loose skin and low-hanging nipples which were sitting just above her tummy button.

The patient specified that she wanted a significant breast reduction, and as a result, surgeon Adrian Richards removes quite a large section of tissue from each breast – 901 grams of tissue from the right breast and 882 grams of tissue from the left breast.

After the section of tissue was removed from each breast, the remaining tissue was then closed up and sewed together around the nipples, leaving her with smaller and firmer B-C cup breasts and nipples now sitting in a much higher position.
