Part 4 of our OCEAN™ technique and conical implants dual surgeon surgery continues here. We have literally moved on within the same clip of footage, with Mr. Georgeu putting the second implant into the sleeve ready for insertion.
He lowers the fold in the right breast too a bit, trying to allow the implant to drop a little bit more to make a better symmetry, but without meaning the implant will have no coverage of real breast tissue.
The implants are inserted, and now it is time to close the patients up, with each surgeon taking a breast each. Mr. Georgeu hangs behind Mr. Richards in terms of progress in order to learn the specific technique Mr. Richards has developed for the OCEAN™ technique.
The stitching is done in the usual way, doing the wound first, then moving onto the areola. The top of the areola, and then the bottom are connected to the breast skin firstly. Then the sides need to be done, and the technique Mr. Richards uses is by pulling on the tissue, and you can see when it looks the same stretch on both sides that he has got it perfectly in the middle. After the four points are connected, four more points are connected, in between the ones that have already been made.
