PIP Breast Implants Exchanged After Gel Bleed and Deflation

Surgical video showing a patient having her PIP breast implants removed and replaced by Mr Adrian Richards of Aurora Clinics.
This lady originally received her PIP breast implants at another clinic in 2006, and has noticed volume loss and a change in shape of her right breast since then.
When the PIP breast implants are removed, both implants are found to have gel bleed, which has caused them to deflate significantly.
The PIPs are replaced with larger high-quality implants, giving the patient a fuller, rounder appearance and a more pronounced cleavage.
