Image sizes reference

This page – for internal use – lists the different image sizes the Aurora site can accommodate. All sizes below are in pixels.

Home page slideshow

All images must be exactly 822 x 360.

Home page highlight

All home page highlight images must be exactly 600 x 300.

Home page awards

Home page awards images must be exactly 100 pixels wide – the height should resize proportionally according to the width.

Hero image

All hero images must be exactly 822 x 360.

Content – Landscape

Landscape orientated images embedded within page content regions should be appropximately 800 pixels wide. Height is optional: the 800 x 400 image shown below is a suggestion.

Content – Portrait

Portrait orientated images embedded within page content regions should be appropximately 250 pixels wide. Height is optional: the 250 x 300 image shown below is a suggestion.

Profiles

The ‘Aurora Team’ landing page will display a resized version of the ‘Featured image’ used on each ‘Profile’ entry page. This image should be 250 x 250 pixels. WordPress will create an appropriately sized version of the image for the landing page automatically.

Treatments Index 2

Highlight images used on the ‘Page – Treatments Index 2’ template must be exactly 600 x 300.

Sidebar widget images should be exactly 600 x 300.

Footer logos

Footer logos must be exactly 150 pixels wide: the height should be proportionate to the width. There should be six logos.
