Can you have a Breast Enlargement and Inverted Nipple Correction Surgery at the same time?
The answer to this is yes, and this is a combination of procedures we have performed relatively often.
The breast enlargement itself often does push the nipples out slightly which improves the nipple inversion to a mild extent. If, however, the nipples are very inverted (grade 2 or 3), an additional nipple inversion correction procedure can be performed at the time of surgery.
It is an extremely effective procedure which addresses the changes in the volume and shape of the breast together with the nipple. The results are very good in that all the elements are corrected leading to natural-appearing breasts with normal nipples on them.
