This video series features the questions we have received about stretched and split earlobes. Stretched earlobes are increasingly common in today’s society, therefore correction of stretches is also becoming more common.
We get loads of questions from patients, some of which we simply answer, but the most frequent, we like to turn into information videos for you, so we have answers to these questions within our Youtube channel and on our website which is instantly accessible.
A follow up appointment is not needed following earlobe repair surgery however it is available should you want one. The stitches used are dissolvable, which means in roughly a week to ten days they will come out of their own accord. Unlimited aftercare appointments are available to you should you wish, but we find a lot of people don’t want to come back in if everything is fine, so there is no pressure to.
