In this video Mr Richards discusses the OCEAN™ technique and whether you are suitable to have it done. Well, anyone looking for a breast enlargement procedure has the potential to be suitable. However there are some other factors you may wish to consider.
The OCEAN™ breast enlargement is a combined surgery, where your areolas are reduced and nipples are lifted slightly. If this is all of interest to you then you are suitable. You can also have the procedure without the nipple lift, with just a peri-areola incision for your augmentation, as it is a popular incision site as the scarring is a lot less visible.
The main selling point on the OCEAN™ technique is the scarring it leaves, or doesn’t leave as the case is. Even though your areolas are reduced, and nipples lifted, the scars are minimal, but the actual lift to the breast isn’t very drastic. If you require a mastopexy, there aren’t really many options for you apart from a traditional breast uplift with the anchor type scars coming down from the nipple.
The OCEAN™ is an option for everyone, so don’t dismiss it straight away. Have a think, and talk with your surgeon about it as they will be able to give you advice based on your desired results, and your current frame.
