In this edition of our OCEAN™ Breast Enlargement FAQ series we cover the topic of what happens if you gain or lose weight post surgery. Basically your breasts are full of glands and tissue, which will have a fluctuation should your body weight change. Your breasts will change size according to the change in your body weight, so if you gain weight, they will get bigger, but they will get smaller should you lose weight. For this reason, we advise you be in your ideal shape and weight before surgery, to avoid anything interfering with your results. Losing weight may leave the implant more noticeable, whereas gaining weight may cause the breasts to droop and sag a bit. Both scenarios are not ideal for your results, so this is why being fit and healthy, in good condition is important prior to your surgery.
